We are proud to announce that The WorkZone has just been awarded a year's contract with Emperor's Palace to train up 820 of their staff before the World Cup in 2010.
We use all drama based techniques to get your staff energized, motivated and to communicate in the correct manner. Personal presentation is approached by the use of on camera interviews and communication skills are enhanced by using vocal exercises.

The On Camera course motivates staff to practice new skills that will help them create positive responses, wether they are serving and helping guests or working with co-workers.
